With an influence from Sara Taormina, who created a blog for her trip to Prague, I have taken it upon myself to create a blog that will share my study abroad adventures in Peru this summer.
-I will be leaving May 14th from Raleigh and flying into Lima.
-The very next day I will be flying into Cusco to stay for two weeks.
-Within those two weeks I will be hiking the Inca trail to Machu Picchu for four days.
-Finally we will be heading back to Lima where I will be staying in a host home and taking Spanish classes until the trip ends on the 27th.
So that's basically an incredibly, incredibly condensed itinerary of my trip.
During my study abroad I will attempt to post lots of pictures of my time in Peru and hopefully I will be able to update it frequently with my many adventures.
Thanks for following me! I will miss you all while I am away!

I just want you to know how incredibly proud of you I am for doing this. I've been thinking about it, and I know it sounds cheesy but we're both taking HUGE steps as individuals. You're a really brave, smart, beautiful person, and I can't wait to see how this trip transforms you. I know your experience in Peru will give you confidence, beauty, and enlightenment like you've never experienced before. Here's to a life changing summer! I love you, very much.
